These rules and regulations may be subject to change at any time, and staff reserves all rights to interpret the rules any way they please, at their sole disgression. It is the user's sole responsibility to obey and abide by these rules. Any user found in violation will be subject to punishment. If a staff member claims that you cursed, and has a report proving to the administration that you did in fact curse, you will not see mercy.
Language:
On the game Xephyr, the staff expects you to withold the use of foul language. Of course, there are exceptions like the use of minor cursing. Just be sure to use minor curse words in moderation or you -will- be punished. The staff here can be lenient depending on the situation, but don't expect it often.

Harassment:
Harassment or pestering of a user or staff member will not be tolerated. If spotted or reported, a user will be punished depending on the severity.
Yes, Calling someone a foul name, or otherwise making ill attempts to offend users through PMs, Chat posts, and chain killing (killing the same person more than 4 times within 5 minutes) are all forms of harassment, and will not be dealt with cheerfully.

Major spam will not be taken lightly, and the user behind the deed will more than likely be banned. Minor spam will be warned, and if continued the user will be punished.

Hacking and Scamming:
It is a well known fact that many teenagers (Our main demographic) are in fact stupid. If any staff members find out about phishing (fake login pages that log your name and password to steal your account) sites, or hackers, the user will be IP banned, their accounts will be deleted, and they will be reported to administration for investigation.
The staff will not delete accounts until the claims are proven (Report a pm or post with the link to the phishing site, and you will have proven your claim), but after they are, mercy is no longer an option.
Hacking (Acquiring the use of another user's account without permission) is an unforgivable act, and will result in the immediate banning of both parties' accounts, as well as further action by the administration, and/or senior staff. Hacking the game's server will result in immediate legal action, as the user committing the act is in violation of the terms of service, and the law.
Account Sharing:
The staff of Xephyr strongly discourages sharing passwords, but will not forbid it. If you choose to share your account, that is your perogative, but beware that if you have your account stolen due to the sharing of accounts, the administration has -No Obligation- whatsoever to retrieve your account, -or- to punish the thief. Account share At your own risk.
Extreme Stupidity:
You heard it right! The staff here on Xephyr will not tolerate anyone acting incredibly stupid or childish. Extreme stupidity will be subject to ban, length depending on the severity. Call us harsh, but no.. we are just tired of how many idiots grace our website.
Finally, Use Common Sense. Anything that is not tolerated by a teacher in a classroom (A first grade classroom) will not be accepted here. We have very basic standards, so even the smallest offense are eligible for a ban (Read the ToS)
